Booking Policy

All bookings must be made in advance via our phone or in person. A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking.

A deposit of 100% is required to secure your booking.

Rescheduling

One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the activity, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable less than 24 hours before the activity.

Late Cancellation

Within 48 hours before the activity: 50% refund or one-time reschedule allowed.

Non-Arrival

Guests who do not show up without prior notice will be charged the full activity fee. No refund or reschedule will be issued.

Cancellation by Organiser

In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.
