Rescheduling

One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 5 hours before the activity, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable 2 hours before the activity.

Non-Arrival

Guests who do not show up without prior notice will be charged the full activity fee. No refund or reschedule will be issued.
